Let us prepare a platter full of LADF favourites. A pleasant and comfortable selection that everyone is sure to enjoy.
We present our platters on biodegradable, fair trade balsa wood boards. Our cracker/bread baskets are made from recycled cardboard.
All platters include:
- Small platters come with crackers.
- Medium and Large size platters come with baguette & crackers.
Small Cheese Platter 12”x12”
Serves 6-8 people as part of a meal or reception menu.
Includes a selection of St. Andre, Applewood Smoked Cheddar, Cave Aged Gruyere, Morbier, mixed olives, Marcona almonds.
Also includes one small basket of crackers.
Medium Cheese Platter 11″ x 15”
Serves 10-12 people as part of a meal or reception menu.
Includes a selection of St. Andre, Applewood Smoked Cheddar, Cave Aged Gruyere, Morbier, St. Agur, Prosciutto, mixed olives, Marcona almonds.
Also includes one medium basket of bread and crackers.
Large Cheese Platter 16″ x 16” (Made from white pine & birch)
Serves 15-20 people as part of a meal or reception menu.
Includes a selection of St. Andre, Applewood Smoked Cheddar, Cave Aged Gruyere, Morbier, St. Agur, Prosciutto, Rioja salami, mixed olives, Marcona almonds and Vista d'Oro fig & walnut wine preserve.
Also includes two medium baskets of bread and crackers.
Extra Large Cheese Platter 18″ x 18″ (made from pine & white birch)
Serves 20-25 people as part of a meal or reception menu.

ABOUT OUR BALSA WOOD CHEESE BOARDS
The factory supports over 500 women in rural India and Indonesia. They pay fair wages, offer a safe work environment and healthcare. The Balsa wood line is made from the leftover tree stumps from certified renewable tree farms. After the tree is felled the team removes the stumps and the other leftovers to be used as the raw material for balsa product collection.
The factories recycle the water used during the manufacturing process and the leftover leaf bits are used as food for livestock such as cattle or turned into an organic compost.
Biodegradable, compostable, durable and versatile.
