Instagram post 2193321144789321991_227984671 Let’s do some Raclette this weekend!
Instagram post 2192023556978919107_227984671 BACK IN STOCK: It’s been a while, but @badia_coltibuono olive oil and vinegar is back on the shelves at LADF. Coltibuono is one of the premier producers of Chianti in Italy. It just so happens they also produce olive oil and red wine vinegar. We have both in stock
Badia a Coltibuono means “Abbey of the Good Harvest”. The classic extra virgin olive oil of the same name has been produced in the at the estate since 1962.

First cold pressed and free of chemicals or heat treatments. The natural acidity is among the lowest in the world, below 0.29%. Low acidity is an indication of early harvested olives pressed on the same day. Rich in anti-oxidants, and highly resistant to rancidity. The color of the oil is a golden yellow with strong green hues. The taste is fruity with a rich olive flavor. The mild peppery sensation on the back of the palate and a slightly bitter aftertaste are characteristic of an oil produced from tree picked olives.

500 ml / 1000 ml
Made from specially selected wines from their estate, this wine vinegar is filtered through wood shavings, impregnated with vinegar culture. The vinegar's complexity is further enhanced by maturing in wooden casks. The end result is refined, and traditional wine vinegar of the highest quality. Annual production in bottles is 8,500, with an acidity level of 7%. 500 ml
