    Who want’s to taste some of Québec’s finest cheeses, paired with some stellar Canadian wines? We’ll taste a range of cheeses including goat, firm, washed rind and triple cream, paired with some Eastern Canadian wines, and maybe a Québec beer or two. We’ll Finish up the tasting with a bite of our home made Tourtiere.


    All ticket sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds or credits for tastings. Should something come-up that would prevent you or your guest from attending the event, you are welcome to transfer the spot(s) to another person. If this does occur, please email us in advance with the name(s) of who will be attending in your place.

This tasting promises to highlight some of the best that France has to offer, and will include some classic cheese pairings with wines from the Alsace, Loire valley and Bordeaux.
